Cibo, sonno, malattia, dolore, tristezza, gioia -

Quanti segni sono incisi sulla fronte umana!

La vita è legata dalla fame,

Desiderio, brama, invidia, orgoglio - perennemente svegli!

Un corpo confinato, eppure anela alla libertà.

Le domande sembrano inutili!

Perché tutta questa attenta disposizione di tante cose?

Che meraviglia! Questo cuore è incantato!

La scintilla del pensiero cerca eternamente quell'eterno sé.

Ah, la vita! Che immensa gioia riempie il ciclo dell'esistenza!

Eppure, alla fine del giorno, il sé si perde e si smarrisce.

Nello sguardo degli occhi brillano centinaia di stelle,

Eppure non tutte proiettano la loro luce per chi guarda.

Troverò mai quella stella? O questo gioco senza fine è forse solo un'abitudine, priva di ragione?

Per molti giorni, per molti anni, il viaggiatore cammina –

Il sentiero gli ha mai mostrato un confine?

La complessità della vita, la sottile astuzia della mente –

Quanto vividamente colorato è questo mistero!

Di che colore è un essere umano?

Un essere umano non troverà risposta.

Il mistero rimarrà – dentro questa creazione.

BIOGRAFIA DI AHMED MOSTOFA FAISAL Alcuni scrittori vivono sotto i riflettori, eppure ce ne sono altri – ribelli, dallo spirito libero, altruisti – che scelgono la via silenziosa, lasciando che le loro parole parlino più forte della loro presenza. Il poeta Ahmed Mostofa Faisal appartiene a questa rara razza. Per natura è schivo, eppure il suo silenzio porta il peso di una profonda partecipazione al mondo della letteratura.

Faisal, nato in una illustre famiglia di Jhenaidah, in Bangladesh, è un poeta schivo, umile, altruista e profondo, dedito all'umanità. Laureato in Scienze Politiche e Governative, è un imprenditore di successo. È anche scrittore, assistente sociale, pensatore, filosofo e regista teatrale. Le sue opere vengono regolarmente pubblicate in antologie letterarie, riviste e periodici internazionali. Ha ricevuto il Premio per i Diritti Umani nel 2023 e un riconoscimento commemorativo all'International Children's Literature Festival del 2023, nonché il Premio Sodesh Bichitra nel 2025. Profondamente ispirato da Lalon Shah e Michael Madhusudan Dutt, i versi di Faisal incarnano amore, patriottismo, ribellione e coscienza sociale.

Recentemente è stato riconosciuto come "Ambasciatore Mondiale di Pace con Giustizia Totale in Perù e Spagna, gennaio 2026".

La sua prima raccolta di poesie, Aynate Oi Mukh, è stata pubblicata da Protiva Prokash alla Fiera del Libro di Ekushey, febbraio 2025.

Food, sleep, illness, pain, sorrow, joy -

How many marks are etched upon a human brow!

Life is bound by hunger,

Desire, longing, envy, pride - forever awake!

A confined body, yet yearning for freedom.

Questions seem futile!

Why all this careful arrangement of so much?

What a wonder this is! This heart is enchanted!

The spark of thought eternally seeks that eternal self.

Ah, life! What immense joy fills the cycle of existence!

Yet, at the day’s end, the self drifts lost and bewildered.

In the eyes’ gaze, hundreds of stars shine,

Yet not all cast their light for the beholder.

Will I ever find that star?

Or is this endless play merely a habit, without reason?

For many days, for manys years, the traveler walks -

Has the path ever shown her a boundary?

Life’s complexity, the mind’s subtle cunning -

How vividly colored is this mystery!

What color is a human?

A human will find no answer.

The mystery shall remain - within this creation.

BIOGRAPHY OF AHMED MOSTOFA FAISAL Some writers live in the spotlight, yet there are others -rebellious, free-spirited, selfless - who choose the quiet path, letting their words speak louder than their presence. Poet Ahmed Mostofa Faisal belongs to this rare breed. By nature he is withdrawn from publicity, yet his silence carries the weight of profound participation in the world of literature.

Faisal, born in a distinguished family of Jhenaidah, Bangladesh, is a publicity-shy, humble, selfless, and profound poet of humanity. A graduate in Government and Politics and a successful businessman. He is also a writer, social worker, thinker, philosopher and a drama dirrector. His works is regularly published in literary anthologies, magazines, and international journals. He received the Human Rights Award 2023 and a commemorative honor at the International Children’s Literature Festival 2023 and Sodesh Bichitra Award,2025. He is deeply inspired by Lalon Shah and Michael Madhusudan Dutt, Faisal’s verses embody love, patriotism, rebellion, and social consciousness.

Recently he has been recognized as a ‘World Ambassador of Peace with Total Justice in Peru & Spain, January 2026’.

His debut poetry collection Aynate Oi Mukh was published by Protiva Prokash in Ekushey Book Fair, February 2025.
